* All merchandise returns are accepted within 15 days on the date of original receive and in its original packaging in resale condition. A copy of your invoice must accompany the merchandise being returned. You must prepay any return shipping costs.
* If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift MUST be returned if you return merchandise for a refund. If you fail to return the gift, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
* Returns will be refused by our company if without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please contact us before you make your return.

* Damaged Merchandise: As soon as you receive your package, carefully unpack it and inspect it. If you find any shipping damage, please contact us and the local post office or shipper for a Damage Inspection Report.
* Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, just let us know and return it with (RAN) within 15 days on the date of receive. We will refund your money. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless due to an error by our company.
