Payment Methods:
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Money Order from customers within the United
States.
For international orders, we only accept Money Order in U.S. Currency as
payment method, NO credit card payment please.
If you choose to make Money Order as payment method in our secure shopping cart
system, you will receive an order confirmation email after your order is
submitted to us. Please print out the confirmation page from your email
and mail it with payment to:

Note: If the Money Order is not received within 21 days after the date indicated on
an invoice, your order will be canceled and the stock reallocated.
Shipping Information:
All confirmed orders shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
* For U.S. - USPS Insured Priority Mail: $6.95 (3-5 business days).
* For U.S. - USPS Express Mail for Rush Order: $23.95 (2-3 business days).
* For Canada - USPS Priority Mail International: $18.95 (6-10 business days)
* For Others - USPS Priority Mail International: $25.95 (6-10 business days).
* Money Order must be cleared from the bank before the order is shipped.
Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery.
* If other special shipping service is requested, there may be an additional
surcharge; we will contact the customer with the total amount for shipping.
* All merchandise only ship to credit card holder's billing address.
* We make every effort to complete your order as you requested it. If a product you requested is temporarily out of stock at the time of order processing, we will not create a back order, your order will be canceled and we will not charge your credit card until item is ready to ship to you. However, since we re-stock our inventory regularly, be sure to visit us again soon as you may be able to order the product. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
The following additional order and shipping policies apply only to
international orders.
* Placing International Orders:
1. To order, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.
2. Complete your Invoice Address and contact information as requested. Orders
from Canada or
other countries, under shipping method, select “Priority Mail International”.
3. Submit order.
4. We will verify the order, and then send you an invoice via e-mail. We ship
only after we receive your Money Order.
Note: International orders, customer pays all customs duties and taxes of their
country if it is required. This may involve being required to pay the postal
delivery person when your package is delivered. If an item does need to be
returned, it should be sent so that no customs fees are charged to Ohana Gift
& Jewelry, Inc. This can be done by telling the shipper that the order is a
return for replacement (or that the item is damaged). If customs fees are
billed to Ohana Gift & Jewelry, Inc., customer will be billed those fees.
We are not responsible to customs fees.
Return Policy:
* All merchandise returns are accepted within 15 days on the date of original
receive and in its original packaging in resale condition. A copy of your
invoice must accompany the merchandise being returned. You must prepay any
return shipping costs.
* If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift MUST be returned if
you return merchandise for a refund. If you fail to return the gift, the retail
price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
* Returns will be refused by our company if without a Return Authorization
Number (RAN). Please contact us before you make your return.
* Returns will not be accepted if altered in any manner.
* No refund on Hawaiian Heirloom Custom Made jewelry.
* Damaged Merchandise: As soon as you receive your package, carefully unpack it
and inspect it. If you find any shipping damage, please contact us and the
local post office or shipper for a Damage Inspection Report.
* Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
merchandise, just let us know and return it with (RAN) within 15 days on the
date of receive. We will refund your money. Shipping and handling charges are
not refundable unless due to an error by our company.
